These terms and conditions will apply to the purchase of goods by the buyer from the owner of the website. Order
In order to purchase a good You must provide all information for the creation of Your customer account. You are responsible for this information and every mistake causing problems in the order treatment will not be attributable to Us. We reserve the right to refuse any order without justification.
Prices
Every prices don’t include VAT or delivery cost. Outside France You are responsible for all import taxes and duties. Prices are subject to change without notice; applicable prices are available on biosciencia.com.
Invoice and payment
We establish invoices at applicable prices. For non-delivered goods, You keep possibility to cancel totality or part of Your order if prices or terms and conditions are modified. Payment of full invoiced amount is made EURO. Every order can be paid using wire transfer or credit card. If payment is made by wire transfer bank charges is at Your charge, service charge could be added on the invoice. If the payment is made by credit or debit card transaction are validated by Your card issuer. In case of Your card issuer declines to authorize payment for any reason We are not responsible for this. Additional fees charged by Your card issuer stay at Your charge.
Order by phone, mail, e-mail
A dated and signed order form must be send to Us to pass an order. For new customers the creation of a customer account must be done and payment of full first invoice amount is required. For further orders payment is due 30 days from the date of shipment. In case of non-payment at the due date an additional charge of 1.5% per month of delay will be added on the due amount. We reserve the right to require prepayment of any order prior the shipment.

Shipping
Products shipped exworks, Biosciencia’s laboratories Montpellier FRANCE. Shipping, special packaging and insurance and handling charges are added to the invoice for all destinations. You are responsible for checking the non-deterioration of goods at reception, if necessary open the parcel in front of the delivery man before accepting the parcel. In case of deterioration You are responsible to declare on the delivery note nature and extend of damages and to contact Us within 3 working days following the delivery. The failure of respect of these formalities avoids any legal proceedings against the transporter. Delivery time is given for information purposes only. In case of delay We decline all responsibilities and You can’t cancel Your order or pretend to compensatory damages.
Property of goods
Property of goods delivered to You stays property of Us until payment of the full invoiced amount. In case of non-payment on the due date We keep the possibility to get back unpaid goods without procedure. Return fees are at Your charge.
Use and material safety
All products are manufactured for in vitro use only and not for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. We are not responsible for misuse of products. Methods of use of goods are beyond Your control. Only qualified personals should use products in accordance with good laboratory practices.

Return goods policy
Returns will only be accepted with our prior written consent. Returns demand must be send to Us via biosciencia.com or e-mail. Returns will only be authorized if products are not conform to our technical specifications or if errors attributable to Us. In case of return acceptation, You must send back goods to Us within 8 working days in the condition You received them and use the delivery service We will specified. Goods not conformed to specificity will be replaced. Specific goods made on demand are not eligible for return.
Warranty
Warranty is strictly limited to replace non-compliant goods until the expiration date. To get the warranty You must return goods in accordance with the return goods policy. We will compare returned goods against sample of the matching lot. It will allow Us to check if the storage and handlings conditions have been respected. We are not responsible for any incidental or contingent damages.
